- 2–3 tablespoons Fresh Lemon Juice
- 3 cups Sparkling Water
- ¼ cup Caster/Granulated Sugar
- Ice Cubes
Instructions
- Blend Raspberries: Start by adding the fresh raspberries into a blender. Blend them until smooth.
- Strain Mixture: Press the blended raspberries through a fine mesh strainer into a pitcher.
- Combine Ingredients: Pour in the fresh lemon juice and chilled sparkling water into the pitcher. Gently stir.
- Sweeten to Taste: Sprinkle in the caster or granulated sugar while stirring. Adjust sweetness as desired.
- Serve & Enjoy: Fill glasses with ice cubes and pour the raspberry lemonade over the top. Serve immediately.
