- 1–2 tbsp honey or maple syrup (to taste)

Instructions
- In a blender, blend milk, raspberries, honey, and vanilla until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into a bowl or jar and stir in chia seeds.
- Let sit for 5 minutes, then stir again to prevent clumping.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight until thick and creamy.
- Stir before serving and top with fresh raspberries if desired.
