- 4 large eggs

- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 cup fresh raspberries
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F. Grease an 8-inch square baking pan and line it with parchment paper, leaving an overhang on the sides.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the melted butter and 2 cups of sugar until well combined. Beat in the 4 eggs, one at a time, then stir in the vanilla.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, and salt. Gradually fold the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until just combined.
- In another bowl, beat the cream cheese with the 1/4 cup of sugar and 1 egg until smooth and creamy.
- Pour the brownie batter into the prepared pan and spread it evenly. Dollop the cheesecake mixture over the top and use a knife to swirl it into the batter.
- Gently press the fresh raspberries into the top of the batter.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with moist crumbs. Allow the brownies to cool completely in the pan before lifting them out using the parchment paper overhang.
