Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons light brown sugar (packed)
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla bean paste
  • 2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
  • ⅛ teaspoon salt
  • 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk

Instructions

  1. Add ½ cup pumpkin puree, 2 tablespoons light brown sugar, 1 tablespoon vanilla bean paste, 2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice, and ⅛ teaspoon salt to a small saucepan and stir over medium-high heat for about 5 minutes until the mixture darkens and thickens.
  2. Add in 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk and stir to combine, and continue cooking for 2 to 3 additional minutes.
  3. Remove from heat and allow to cool before using in your favorite drinks.
