Description
Creamy Puerto Rican Coquito is a traditional holiday drink made with coconut milk, condensed milk, cinnamon, and rum.
Ingredients

- 1 can (13.5 oz) coconut milk
- 1 can (15 oz) cream of coconut
- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 1 can (12 oz) evaporated milk
- 1 cup white rum
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Add coconut milk, cream of coconut, sweetened condensed milk, evaporated milk, rum, cinnamon, and vanilla extract to a blender.
- Blend on high speed for 1 to 2 minutes until smooth and creamy.
- Taste and adjust for sweetness, spice, or alcohol to your preference.
- Pour into a glass bottle or jar and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
- Shake well before serving as separation is normal.
- Serve chilled in small glasses, garnished with cinnamon or a cinnamon stick.
