- 1 box yellow cake mix (15.25 oz)
- 2 large eggs
- 0.5 cup vegetable oil
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 0.25 cup granulated sugar
Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix together the ground cinnamon and granulated sugar. Set aside.
- In a large mixing bowl, stir together the yellow cake mix, eggs, and vegetable oil until a soft dough forms.
- Scoop about 1 tablespoon of dough and roll it into a ball.
- Roll each dough ball in the cinnamon-sugar mixture until fully coated.
- Place dough balls onto a parchment-lined baking sheet, about 2 inches apart.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 9 to 11 minutes, until the edges are set but the centers still look soft.
- Let cookies cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
- Serve warm or at room temperature.
