- 10 bamboo skewers
- 10 fresh basil leaves (optional)

Instructions
- Slice the cantaloupe into uniform cubes for even cooking and presentation.
- Soak bamboo skewers in water for 30 minutes if grilling to prevent burning.
- Thread a cube of cantaloupe onto each skewer, followed by a slice of prosciutto. Optionally add a basil leaf between layers.
- Grill over medium heat for 1-2 minutes per side until slightly charred or serve cold as is.
- Drizzle with balsamic glaze before serving.
