Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the ground beef or Italian sausage in a skillet over medium heat for 5-7 minutes until it’s browned.
- Sauté the low-carb vegetables in the skillet with the meat for 3-5 minutes.
- Stir in the tomato sauce, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder; let it cook for another 2-3 minutes.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish, spreading it evenly.
- Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese generously over the top.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, until the cheese is bubbling and golden brown.
