  • 16 oz Mascarpone cheese (room temperature)
  • 1 cup Heavy whipping cream (cold)
  • 1/2 cup Powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 2430 pieces Ladyfingers (savoiardi)
  • 1 cup Whole milk (or coffee syrup)
  • 2 tablespoons Amaretto or rum (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1/2 cup Roasted pistachios (crushed)
  • 2 tablespoons Cocoa powder (optional)
  • White chocolate shavings (optional)

Instructions

  1. Beat cold whipping cream to stiff peaks and set aside.
  2. Mix mascarpone, pistachio paste, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  3. Fold whipped cream gently into pistachio mixture.
  4. Combine milk, sugar, and alcohol (optional) for soaking.
  5. Dip ladyfingers lightly on both sides; don’t oversoak.
  6. Layer ladyfingers and pistachio cream alternately in a 9×13 dish.
  7. Chill at least 4 hours or overnight.
  8. Top with crushed pistachios, cocoa powder, and serve cold.
