Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). If your pistachios aren’t already roasted, spread them out on a baking sheet and roast for about 10 minutes. Stir halfway through and let them cool completely afterward.
- Blend the cooled pistachios in a blender or food processor. Pulse until they break down and form a fine crumb.
- Add the neutral oil gradually while blending. Keep blending until the mixture transforms into a velvety, smooth paste.
- Incorporate the optional powdered sugar and almond extract. Blend again until fully combined.
- Transfer your pistachio paste into an airtight container. Store it in the refrigerator.
