Instructions

  1. Heat 1 cup milk over medium-low heat until steaming (not boiling).
  2. Add: 1 tsp beetroot powder.
  3. Add: ½ tsp vanilla extract.
  4. Add: 1–2 tsp sweetener.
  5. Optional spices (cinnamon, ginger, etc.).
  6. Whisk for 1–2 minutes until smooth and lump-free.
  7. Pour into a mug and top with frothed milk or whipped cream.
  8. Sprinkle cinnamon or beetroot powder on top (optional).
  9. In a small bowl, mix: 1 tsp beetroot powder, sweetener, vanilla, and a little warm water or warm milk to form a smooth paste.
