Description

Ingredients
- White chocolate chips (preferably high-quality like Ghirardelli or Callebaut)
- Whole milk (or oat milk, coconut milk, or almond milk as alternatives)
- Sweetened condensed milk
- Vanilla extract (optional)
- Red or pink gel food coloring (preferred) or natural coloring: beet juice or beet powder
- Honey (optional)
- Peppermint extract (optional)
- Raspberry syrup (optional)
- Strawberry puree (2–3 tbsp)
- Ground cinnamon (pinch)
- Whipped cream
- Marshmallows
- Sprinkles
- Crushed peppermint or chocolate bits
Instructions
- In a pot over low heat, warm sweetened condensed milk and white chocolate chips.
- Stir constantly until the chocolate melts and becomes smooth.
- Slowly whisk in whole milk (or chosen milk) until fully combined.
- Continue heating gently until warm and steamy—do not boil.
- Remove from heat.
- Add gel or liquid red/pink food coloring, drop by drop, stirring to reach your desired pink shade.
- Add optional flavorings: vanilla extract, peppermint extract, raspberry syrup, or honey.
- Pour into mugs.
- Add toppings such as whipped cream, marshmallows, sprinkles, or crushed peppermint.
