- 1 ½ cups all purpose flour
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoon nutmeg
- ½ cup unsalted butter (melted and cooled)
- 1 cup mashed ripe banana
- 1 cup crushed pineapple
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350℉.
- Line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
- Add the all-purpose flour, brown sugar, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and nutmeg to a large bowl.
- Whisk to combine.
- Make a well in the center and add the melted butter, mashed banana, and crushed pineapple.
- Stir until fully combined and there are no dry spots of flour.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
- Place the pan on the center rack of the preheated oven and bake for 55-65 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Place the pan on a wire rack to cool for 10 minutes then remove the bread from the pan and let it finish cooling.
Notes
- Store leftover bread in an airtight container.
