Ingredients

  • 1 cup mashed ripe banana
  • 1 cup crushed pineapple

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350℉.
  2. Line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
  3. Add the all-purpose flour, brown sugar, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and nutmeg to a large bowl.
  4. Whisk to combine.
  5. Make a well in the center and add the melted butter, mashed banana, and crushed pineapple.
  6. Stir until fully combined and there are no dry spots of flour.
  7. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
  8. Place the pan on the center rack of the preheated oven and bake for 55-65 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
