- 8 ounces of penne pasta
- 1 pound of ribeye steak, thinly sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 cup of provolone cheese, shredded
- 1 cup of beef broth
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the penne pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add sliced onion and green bell pepper. Sauté for 5-7 minutes until tender.
- Add the thinly sliced ribeye steak and minced garlic to the skillet. Cook for 3-4 minutes until the steak is browned.
