Instructions
- Spiralize Zucchini: Begin by using a spiralizer to turn your fresh zucchini into delightful noodle shapes.
- Prepare Pesto: In a food processor, combine fresh basil leaves, grated Parmesan cheese, pine nuts, and garlic. Pulse until finely chopped.
- Emulsify Pesto: While blending, gradually drizzle in extra virgin olive oil until the pesto is smooth and creamy.
- Season & Cook Zucchini Noodles: In a skillet, lightly sauté your spiralized zucchini for about 2-3 minutes.
