Description

This Peppermint Swirl Fudge is a creamy, festive white chocolate dessert with stunning red swirls and a cool peppermint flavor. This no-fail, no-thermometer recipe makes the perfect holiday treat or edible gift — easy to make, beautiful to serve, and delicious to share.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 cups (510g) white chocolate chips
  • 1 can (14 oz / 396g) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp peppermint extract
  • Red food coloring (gel or liquid)
  • Crushed peppermint candies or candy canes (optional for topping)

Instructions

  1. Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving some overhang for easy lifting later.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring until melted and smooth.
  3. Stir in salt and peppermint extract. Mix until well blended.
  4. Pour mixture into the pan. Drop a few dots of red food coloring and swirl gently with a toothpick for a marbled look.
  5. Sprinkle crushed peppermint candies on top for crunch and holiday sparkle.
  6. Refrigerate for 3-4 hours, or until firm. Lift out and cut into squares before serving or gifting.

Notes

  • Keep in an airtight container in the fridge up to 2 weeks or at room temperature for 1 week.
  • Wrap tightly and freeze for up to 3 months. Thaw in the fridge before serving.
  • Use quality white chocolate for smooth melting and clean flavor.
  • Add green coloring for a festive twist, swirl in dark chocolate, or top with holiday sprinkles.
  • Pack in tins, boxes, or cellophane bags for beautiful edible gifts.
