- 0.25 cup brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons corn syrup
- 0.5 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 0.25 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 0.5 cup powdered sugar (optional for glaze)
- 1 tablespoon milk (optional for glaze)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Unroll the crescent dough and separate into individual triangles.
- In a bowl, mix chopped pecans, brown sugar, corn syrup, vanilla, melted butter, and cinnamon until well combined.
- Spoon about 1 tablespoon of the filling onto the wide end of each triangle.
- Carefully roll each triangle from the wide end to the tip, sealing the filling inside.
- Place the rolls on the prepared baking sheet, spaced slightly apart.
- Bake for 10 to 12 minutes until golden brown and puffed.
- Optional: While baking, whisk powdered sugar with milk to make glaze.
- Drizzle glaze over warm rolls before serving.
