Peanut Marshmallow Clusters are an easy no-bake treat made with chocolate, peanut butter, roasted peanuts, and mini marshmallows.
Ingredients

- 1 ½ cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
- ½ cup creamy peanut butter
- 2 cups mini marshmallows
- 1 ½ cups salted roasted peanuts
Instructions
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the semi-sweet chocolate chips and creamy peanut butter. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until melted and smooth.
- Fold in the mini marshmallows and salted roasted peanuts. Stir until fully coated in the chocolate-peanut butter mixture.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto the sheet, spacing them evenly.
- Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes or until the clusters are firm.
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 weeks, or freeze for longer storage.
