- 1/3 cup peanut butter
- 1/4 cup soya sauce
- Juice of 1/2 lime
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves (minced)
- A few drops cooking oil
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, add peanut butter, soya sauce, lime juice, honey, and olive oil. Mix well until smooth.
- Heat a few drops of cooking oil in a small pan over low heat.
- Add finely chopped garlic and sauté until fragrant and lightly golden.
- Pour the sautéed garlic into the peanut butter mixture.
- Stir everything together until fully combined and the sauce is smooth.
