Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking pan with parchment paper.
- Mash the banana in a large bowl until smooth.
- Add peanut butter, honey, and vanilla extract to the mashed banana and stir until combined.
- In a separate bowl, mix rolled oats, ground flaxseed, cinnamon, and baking powder.
- Combine the wet and dry ingredients, stirring until everything is well incorporated.
- Spread the mixture evenly in the prepared baking pan.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the bars are golden brown and firm to the touch.
- Cool the bars in the pan before cutting them into squares or rectangles.
