Instructions
- Melt white chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth. Mix in peppermint extract and optional green food coloring.
- Fold crushed mint Oreos into the melted chocolate until evenly combined.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the mixture into a ¼-inch thick layer.
- Melt semi-sweet chocolate and drizzle over the white chocolate layer.
- Top with additional crushed Oreos and optional sprinkles or glitter.
- Chill in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours until set, then break into pieces.
