  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Parmesan cheese for serving

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
  4. Add bell peppers, zucchini, broccoli, and cherry tomatoes.
  5. Sauté vegetables for 5-7 minutes until tender.
  6. Drain pasta and add to the skillet.
  7. Toss to combine and season with salt and pepper.
  8. Serve with Parmesan cheese on top.
