Description

Parmesan Roasted Broccoli is a delicious and easy side dish that features crispy roasted broccoli coated in parmesan cheese, garlic, and seasoning.


Ingredients

  • 6 to 7 cups fresh broccoli florets
  • 3 to 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 cup Italian style breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup freshly shredded parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with foil and spray with non-stick spray.
  2. Place the broccoli florets in a large zip-close bag. Add olive oil and shake to coat.
  3. Add breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to the bag. Shake again to coat evenly.
  4. Transfer the broccoli to the baking sheet, spreading it into an even layer. Pick up any coating left in the bag and sprinkle over the broccoli.
  5. Bake for 12 minutes. Stir and flip the broccoli, then bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until crisp-tender and golden brown.
  6. Remove from the oven and serve immediately.
