Description
Parmesan Roasted Broccoli is a delicious and easy side dish that features crispy roasted broccoli coated in parmesan cheese, garlic, and seasoning.

- 6 to 7 cups fresh broccoli florets
- 3 to 4 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 cup Italian style breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup freshly shredded parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with foil and spray with non-stick spray.
- Place the broccoli florets in a large zip-close bag. Add olive oil and shake to coat.
- Add breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to the bag. Shake again to coat evenly.
- Transfer the broccoli to the baking sheet, spreading it into an even layer. Pick up any coating left in the bag and sprinkle over the broccoli.
- Bake for 12 minutes. Stir and flip the broccoli, then bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until crisp-tender and golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and serve immediately.
