Description

- 2 cups ripe papaya, peeled, seeded, and chopped
- 1 cup cold water or coconut water
- 1 tbsp fresh lime or lemon juice
- 1–2 tsp honey or sugar (optional, to taste)
- Ice cubes (optional, for serving)
Instructions
- Peel and seed the ripe papaya, then chop it into chunks.
- Add the papaya, water or coconut water, lime or lemon juice, and sweetener (if using) to a blender.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- For a thinner juice, add more water or strain through a fine mesh sieve.
- Pour into glasses over ice and serve immediately, or refrigerate to chill.
