- 1 cup napa cabbage, finely chopped

- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 20 dumpling wrappers
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- Water (for steaming)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, napa cabbage, green onions, ginger, garlic, soy sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Place a dumpling wrapper on a clean surface and add 1 tablespoon of filling in the center. Moisten the edges with water and fold in half to seal tightly. Repeat until all wrappers are filled.
- Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Arrange dumplings in a single layer; cook for 2-3 minutes until bottoms are golden brown.
- Add 1/4 cup of water to the skillet and cover immediately with a lid. Steam for about 5-7 minutes until fully cooked through.
- Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauces.
