Ingredients
- Oreo Cookies (14 cookies, without cream)
- Chocolate Cereal (1 cup)
- Chocolate Chips (1/2 cup)
- Peanut Butter (2 tablespoons)
- Sprinkles or Edible Glitter (optional)
Instructions
- Twist the Oreo cookies apart and remove the cream. Set the cookie halves aside.
- Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring every 20 seconds. Once melted, mix in the peanut butter until smooth.
- Dip each Oreo half into the melted chocolate mixture, ensuring it’s fully coated.
- Immediately press the chocolate-covered Oreo into the chocolate cereal, making sure the cereal sticks to the coating.
- Place the Oreos on a parchment-lined tray and allow them to set at room temperature for about 30 minutes, or refrigerate for 15 minutes.
- Optionally, add sprinkles or edible glitter to the top of the Oreo Pinecones for a festive touch.
