Description
Oreo Muffins bring dessert straight to the breakfast table with a tender vanilla muffin base, crushed Oreos mixed into the batter, and a buttery Oreo streusel on top. They’re rich, fluffy, and packed with that cookies-and-cream flavor everyone loves.

- 4 cups all-purpose flour
- 5½ teaspoons baking powder
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 4 large eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 cup milk (skim or whole)
- 24 Oreos, coarsely crushed
- ¼ cup all-purpose flour
- ¼ cup granulated sugar
- ¼ cup butter, diced
- 12 Oreos, crushed into fine crumbs
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line muffin tins with paper liners or grease well.
- In a large bowl, cream butter and sugar together until light and fluffy.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each. Stir in vanilla.
- Alternate adding flour and milk, mixing until just combined.
- Fold in crushed Oreos, leaving some chunks for texture.
- Divide batter evenly into muffin cups, filling each about ¾ full.
- In a small bowl, mix flour, sugar, and butter for the streusel. Cut in butter until crumbly. Stir in Oreo crumbs.
- Sprinkle streusel generously over each muffin.
- Bake for 18–22 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Cool in pan 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
Notes
- These muffins are best served warm.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
