Decadent Oreo Cheesecake Brownies with a rich brownie layer and creamy cheesecake topping.

- For the Brownie Layer:
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter: Melted
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 8–10 Oreo cookies: Chopped
- For the Cheesecake Layer:
- 8 oz cream cheese: Softened
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 4–6 Oreo cookies: Crushed
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8×8-inch baking pan or line it with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, combine melted butter and granulated sugar. Mix until well combined.
- Add eggs and vanilla extract, and mix until smooth.
- Sift in cocoa powder, flour, and salt. Stir until just combined.
- Fold in chopped Oreo cookies until evenly distributed.
- In a separate bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth.
- Add granulated sugar, egg, and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.
- Fold in crushed Oreo cookies until evenly mixed.
- Pour half of the brownie batter into the prepared baking pan.
- Spoon the cheesecake mixture over the brownie layer.
- Drop spoonfuls of remaining brownie batter on top and swirl with a knife.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until edges are set.
- Remove from oven and let cool for 15 minutes.
- Lift brownies out and cut into squares.
- Serve warm or chilled, and enjoy!
Notes
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
- For a richer flavor, use dark chocolate cocoa powder.
