Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Season the skinless chicken with freshly ground pepper.
- Coat the chicken evenly with Panko.
- Place the chicken in a roasting pan and roast for 20-30 minutes.
- Mix frozen orange juice, water, dark brown sugar, and dried oregano in a bowl.
- Pour the sauce over the chicken and add Navel orange slices on top.
- Baste the chicken frequently with the juices from the roasting pan.
- Serve with farro or rice and colorful roasted beets.
