  • 2 pieces Navel Oranges (for topping)
  • 1 block Firm Tofu (for vegetarian option)
  • 1 piece Lemon (for citrus variation)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Season the skinless chicken with freshly ground pepper.
  3. Coat the chicken evenly with Panko.
  4. Place the chicken in a roasting pan and roast for 20-30 minutes.
  5. Mix frozen orange juice, water, dark brown sugar, and dried oregano in a bowl.
  6. Pour the sauce over the chicken and add Navel orange slices on top.
  7. Baste the chicken frequently with the juices from the roasting pan.
