- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tbsp orange zest
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp orange extract (optional)

Instructions
- Mix softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, orange zest, vanilla extract, and optional orange extract until smooth.
- Chill mixture in the fridge for 30 minutes to firm up.
- Scoop and shape into small balls, then freeze for 20 minutes.
- Melt the white chocolate using a microwave or double boiler, stirring until smooth.
- Dip chilled truffles into melted chocolate and place on a lined baking sheet.
- Add sprinkles or zest on top before chocolate sets.
- Chill truffles until the shell is firm. Serve chilled.
