Description

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup Nutella
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased 9×9 inch baking pan.
  3. In another bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add Nutella and powdered sugar, mixing well.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, mixing after each addition. Stir in vanilla extract.
  5. Pour the cheesecake mixture over the crust. Bake for 30-35 minutes until set. Cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours before cutting into bars.
