- 1 cup sushi rice, cooked and cooled
- 4 sheets nori (seaweed sheets)
- 1/2 cup Nutella (or other hazelnut spread)
- 2 ripe bananas, sliced into 1/2-inch pieces
Instructions
- Cook the sushi rice according to package instructions. Allow to cool completely.
- Lay a nori sheet shiny-side down on a clean, dry surface. Spread about 1/4 cup of the cooled sushi rice in a thin layer across the nori, leaving a 1-inch border at the top.
- Spread 2-3 tablespoons of Nutella in a line down the center of the rice.
- Arrange banana slices in a single row on top of the Nutella.
- Starting from the bottom, tightly roll the nori and filling into a cylinder, using the 1-inch border to seal the roll.
- Repeat with the remaining nori sheets, rice, Nutella, and banana to make 4 sushi rolls.
- Using a sharp knife, slice each roll into 6-8 pieces.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
