Instructions
- Combine bread flour, warm water, instant yeast, sugar, and salt in a mixing bowl. Knead until the dough is smooth and elastic.
- Cover and let rise for 1 to 1.5 hours, until nearly doubled.
- Punch down the dough and divide into 8 pieces. Shape into balls, poke a hole in each, and stretch into rings.
- Place on a parchment-lined tray, cover, and refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight.
