- 2 lbs chicken wings
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 tsp paprika
- 1–3 tsp cayenne pepper (adjust to taste)
- 1/2 cup hot sauce
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 4 tbsp butter
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with foil and place a wire rack on top.
- In a bowl, mix flour, paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper. Coat chicken wings in this mixture.
- Arrange wings on the wire rack in a single layer and bake for 40-45 minutes until crispy and golden.
- While baking, melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat; add hot sauce and brown sugar until blended.
- Toss baked wings in the sauce until fully coated.
- Serve immediately with celery sticks and ranch dressing if desired.
