- 12 oz bowtie pasta
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, heat butter and olive oil over medium heat. Sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Add chicken to the skillet, season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Cook until browned.
- Pour in heavy cream and chicken broth. Simmer for 3-4 minutes.
- Stir in mozzarella and Parmesan until melted and creamy.
- Combine pasta with the sauce. Toss to coat and garnish with parsley.
