  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet, heat butter and olive oil over medium heat. Sauté garlic until fragrant.
  3. Add chicken to the skillet, season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Cook until browned.
  4. Pour in heavy cream and chicken broth. Simmer for 3-4 minutes.
  5. Stir in mozzarella and Parmesan until melted and creamy.
  6. Combine pasta with the sauce. Toss to coat and garnish with parsley.
