Ingredients
Scale
- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced thinly
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 cup green onions, chopped
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
- 1/2 cup soy sauce

- 1 tablespoon water

Instructions
- In a bowl, combine sliced chicken with soy sauce, garlic, ginger, and brown sugar. Let it marinate for 10 minutes.
- In a large skillet or wok, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
- Add the marinated chicken to the skillet. Cook for about 5-7 minutes, or until the chicken is browned and cooked through.
- Toss in the chopped green onions and sliced bell pepper. Stir-fry for an additional 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.

- Once the sauce has thickened, remove from heat and transfer to a serving platter.
- Sprinkle sesame seeds on top if desired for an extra touch of flavor and presentation.
