Homemade Mocha Syrup
Ingredients
Scale
- ½ cup Water
- 1 cup Granulated sugar
- 0.75 cup Unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 tbsp Instant espresso powder
- 0.25 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp Chocolate chips (Optional)
- 0.5 tsp Cinnamon (Optional)
Instructions
- Whisk sugar, cocoa, espresso, and salt in saucepan.
- Add water and heat on medium, whisk until smooth.
- Bring to gentle boil, simmer 3–4 minutes.
- Remove from heat, stir in vanilla.
- Cool, strain, and store in bottle.
