Instructions

- Remove the saucepan from heat, then add the dark chocolate. Stir continuously until fully melted.
- Add the sugar to the warm chocolate ganache, stirring until dissolved.
- Stir in the mint extract and mix well.
- Allow the ganache to cool for about 15-20 minutes until it thickens.
