Description

Mini Hawaiian Rolls Sandwiches are a sweet and savory appetizer or snack. They are easy to make and perfect for parties or gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 12 Hawaiian rolls
  • 1/2 lb deli ham, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 lb Swiss cheese, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp poppy seeds
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Slice Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally.
  3. Layer ham and cheese on the bottom half of the rolls.
  4. Place the top half of the rolls back on.
  5. Mix melted butter, Dijon mustard, poppy seeds, Worcestershire sauce, and onion powder in a bowl.
  6. Brush the mixture over the tops of the rolls.
  7. Cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes.
  8. Remove foil and bake for another 5 minutes.
  9. Serve warm.
