Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp granulated sugar

  • 1 tbsp mini chocolate chips
  • 1 tbsp milk of your choice
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • ¼ tsp baking powder
  • ¼ tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Grab a microwave-safe mug with a capacity of at least 12 ounces.
  2. In your mug, add the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt. Stir with a fork.
  3. Add vegetable oil, milk, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
  4. Fold in mini chocolate chips.
  5. Heat in the microwave for 40-60 seconds. Check until firm but slightly gooey in the center.
  6. Allow to cool for a minute.
  7. Top with ice cream, chocolate sauce, or sea salt if desired.
