A quick and easy brownie recipe made in a mug, perfect for satisfying chocolate cravings without baking an entire batch.
Ingredients

- 3 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 2 tbsp granulated sugar
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 tbsp mini chocolate chips
- 1 tbsp milk of your choice
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- ¼ tsp baking powder
- ¼ tsp salt
Instructions
- Grab a microwave-safe mug with a capacity of at least 12 ounces.
- In your mug, add the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt. Stir with a fork.
- Add vegetable oil, milk, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
- Fold in mini chocolate chips.
- Heat in the microwave for 40-60 seconds. Check until firm but slightly gooey in the center.
- Allow to cool for a minute.
- Top with ice cream, chocolate sauce, or sea salt if desired.
