- 2 large flatbreads (pita or naan work great)
- 1 cup marinara sauce (or pesto for a twist)
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup Kalamata olives, pitted and sliced
- 1/2 cup red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 cup fresh spinach
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Fresh basil leaves (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Place the flatbreads on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Spread a generous layer of marinara sauce (or pesto) over each flatbread.
- Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella evenly over the sauce, followed by the crumbled feta cheese.
- Evenly distribute the halved cherry tomatoes, sliced olives, red onion, and fresh spinach over the cheese.
- Sprinkle the dried oregano over the toppings and drizzle a little olive oil.
- Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for 12-15 minutes.
- Once baked, remove the pizzas from the oven and let them cool for a minute. Garnish with fresh basil leaves before slicing and serving.
