Instructions
- Prepare the Ingredients: Drain and rinse the chickpeas under cold water. Halve the cherry tomatoes, dice the cucumber, and finely chop the red onion.
- Combine the Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine the chickpeas, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, feta cheese, and Kalamata olives.
- Make the Dressing: In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, red wine vinegar, dried oregano, salt, and pepper. Adjust the seasoning according to your taste.
- Toss the Salad: Pour the dressing over the salad and gently toss to combine, ensuring all ingredients are well coated.
