Mediterranean Chicken Lettuce Wraps with Creamy Garlic Sauce
Ingredients

- 1 lb cooked chicken breast or thighs, chopped
- 8 large romaine or butter lettuce leaves
- ½ cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- ½ cucumber, diced
- ¼ cup red onion, finely chopped
- ¼ cup kalamata olives, sliced (optional)
- 1 avocado, diced
- Salt & pepper to taste
- ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Make the garlic sauce by mixing all sauce ingredients in a bowl. Set aside.
- Prepare filling: In a bowl, combine chopped chicken, tomatoes, cucumber, onion, olives, and avocado. Season with salt and pepper.
- Assemble wraps: Spoon filling into lettuce leaves and drizzle generously with garlic yogurt sauce.
- Serve immediately, or store filling and lettuce separately for meal prep.
