  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 3 cloves garlic (chopped)
  • 2 green onions (sliced)
  • 1 red chili (optional)
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds (toasted)

Instructions

  1. Boil eggs for 6-7 minutes.
  2. Transfer to ice bath and cool.
  3. Peel eggs carefully.
  4. Mix marinade ingredients.
  5. Submerge eggs in marinade.
  6. Refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight.
  7. Slice and serve with extra marinade.
