Description
Soft-boiled jammy eggs marinated in a savory Korean soy garlic sauce.
Ingredients
Scale
- 6 eggs (large)
- 0.5 cup soy sauce
- 0.5 cup water
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 3 cloves garlic (chopped)
- 2 green onions (sliced)
- 1 red chili (optional)
- 1 tsp sesame seeds (toasted)
Instructions
- Boil eggs for 6-7 minutes.
- Transfer to ice bath and cool.
- Peel eggs carefully.
- Mix marinade ingredients.
- Submerge eggs in marinade.
- Refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Slice and serve with extra marinade.
