A moist, all-in-one traybake infused with warming spices and zesty orange, finished with a sweet citrus glaze.
Ingredients

- 225g baking spread
- 225g self-raising flour + 1 tsp baking powder
- 225g light muscovado sugar
- 4 eggs
- 2 tsp mixed spice
- Zest of 1 orange
- Icing: 175g icing sugar, 2-3 tbsp orange juice
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 160°C (140°C Fan).
- Beat fat, flour, sugar, eggs, spice, baking powder, and zest in a bowl for 2 mins.
- Pour into a lined traybake tin.
- Bake 30-35 mins until springy.
- Cool on a wire rack.
- Mix icing sugar and juice; spread over cake.
- Cut into squares when set.
