Instructions

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook 10 ounces of penne pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Cut chicken into 1-inch pieces and season with ½ teaspoon salt and ¼ teaspoon pepper. Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook for 6-8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until no longer pink and cooked through. Remove chicken from skillet and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, melt 3 tablespoons butter over medium heat. Add 2 teaspoons minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
