Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked elbow macaroni
  • 1½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 egg, lightly beaten
  • ½ cup milk
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ tsp garlic powder (optional)
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Cooking spray or butter (for greasing muffin tin)
  • Optional: breadcrumbs for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 12-cup muffin tin.
  2. In a bowl, mix macaroni, cheddar, Parmesan, egg, milk, and seasonings until well combined.
  3. Spoon mixture evenly into muffin cups, pressing gently.
  4. Top with breadcrumbs (optional) and a sprinkle of extra cheese.
  5. Bake for 15–18 minutes, until golden and set.
  6. Cool slightly, then run a knife around edges to release.
