- Salt & pepper to taste
- Cooking spray or butter (for greasing muffin tin)
- Optional: breadcrumbs for topping
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 12-cup muffin tin.
- In a bowl, mix macaroni, cheddar, Parmesan, egg, milk, and seasonings until well combined.
- Spoon mixture evenly into muffin cups, pressing gently.
- Top with breadcrumbs (optional) and a sprinkle of extra cheese.
- Bake for 15–18 minutes, until golden and set.
- Cool slightly, then run a knife around edges to release.
