Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup pepperoni slices
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • 1/2 cup chopped bell peppers
  • 1/2 cup chopped onions
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Brown ground beef in a skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add bell peppers and onions; sauté for 3-4 minutes.
  4. In a bowl, mix beef mixture with pepperoni, marinara, cheeses, eggs, seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  5. Transfer to a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
  7. Cool for 10 minutes before serving.
