These Low-Carb Cottage Cheese Pizza Bowls combine creamy cottage cheese, melted cheese, and savory sauce for a guilt-free meal.
Ingredients

- 1 cup Cottage cheese
- 1 cup Shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup Grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup Low-sugar marinara sauce
- 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon Crushed red pepper flakes (Optional)
- 16 slices Mini pepperoni slices
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil spray
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F.
- Lightly spray your ramekins with olive oil spray.
- Spoon about 1/3 cup of cottage cheese into the bottom of each ramekin.
- Sprinkle garlic powder, oregano, and red pepper flakes over the cottage cheese.
- Add about 1 to 1.5 tablespoons of marinara sauce over the seasoned cottage cheese.
- Sprinkle shredded mozzarella and parmesan cheese on top of the marinara.
- Top with 4 mini pepperoni slices on each ramekin.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
